We believe in working in partnership with our suppliers, stockists and customers. We search for the best ingredients, produce in only small batches to ensure our products are always fresh and listen to our customers - we ask for their opinions, advice, tips and feedback. Many of our customers have been with us since the beginning and we count them all as friends and colleagues,

We produce all of our products at our fully equipped premises. Previously  a small timber workshop, we completely restored the building and brought it up to the very best Health and Hygiene standards.

We trade at weekly and monthly food markets and food festivals in West Sussex. We also stock a few specialist food outlets, again in West Sussex
